If you are traveling with your family and you want to buy ski passes for children, in order to have access to the reduced rates it is necessary to upload the identity documents in the appropriate section during the Card Registration.
Our system checks if the date of birth entered during the registration of the card enables the purchase with reduced prices and, if that is the case, it requires uploading documents to verify the identity.
The documents to be uploaded are those of the actual user of the ski pass and not of the user who owns the profile.
Please note: If you don't upload your ID card, the system will not be able to allow your purchases at reduced prices, but only at full price.
Our team, after checking and validating the documents, has the right to block the ski pass in case of improper purchases (use of false documents, or use of documents not corresponding to the type of product purchased).
We also remind you that controls are carried out by the staff of the ski resorts. In case of fraud or misuse, the user risks to incur in fines decided by each ski resort and/or legal action. The controllers may ask for the presentation of any document useful to justify the reduced rates granted to the ski pass holder.
If the customer refuses or is unable to justify his or her identity, the controller may block and withdraw the ski pass and proceed to impose the prescribed penalties.
